Warranty & Returns:

Our suits are warranted against defects in the construction of the item. We will replace any defectively manufactured item. Wear, snags, tear, fading and shrinkage are not defects, but effects of too much fun in the sun ! You can return unworn suits with the hang tags still attached for exchange within 30 days of purchase. No tickee, no washee. Don't pull the hang tags off till you are sure the suits fits ! NO REFUNDS. We are not out to take advantage of you. We have been in business in Clearwater for 21 years and are not going anywhere. We will treat you, the way we would wish to be treated. We do reserve the right to charge you a 20% re-stocking fee if we feel you are trying to take advantage of us. Example: someone who orders a lot of stuff, then returns most of it for no good reason.
